Construction of the Willows at Hemming Village

The Hemming Willows are on schedule to completed by Fall 2012. Tenants are already calling
to confirm their spots in Willows this coming September. Decisions are still
being made concerning the furniture and the fixtures. The color pallete has
been recently decided. The model apartment will be done in about 6 weeks for
students to begin taking tours. We're excited for this new addition to Hemming
Village!

The Atrium at Hemming Village

The Atrium at Hemming Village was designed to bring nature indoors. Complete with falling water, sunshine, trees, plants, natural stone, wrought iron and beautiful wood, it is a garden on the second floor. The balconies extend around the building. The elegant component is found in the curving double staircase , chandeliers, pergola, the grand mezzanine complete with brides and grooms romms. Linda Bates, owner of a successful floral business in St. Anthony, Sassy Floral had the vision to bring her unique design to Rexburg, where she had already established patrons. Partnering with Hemming Corp in creating the beautiful new wedding & event center was a natural! Linda's team incluedes Director of Events, Michelle Witbeck, well-known local photographer, Amanda French, Chief Operations Manager, Rena Torres and Dawna Briggs, Culinary Cottage Coordinators and many other support staff. Many of the staff are family members following the lead of Hemming Corp. using local talent invested in the business. Linda is married to Pete Bates, both originally from Teton Valley, residing in Southeast Idaho for the past 30 years.
